My AutoCAD expertise, see work samples, and years of experience,

record time. Intricate mechanisms are animated in 3D to prove and optimize the design in the data
base before a prototype is built.

Above is a 3D model generated in AutoCAD using ruled surfaces then converted to
AutoSurf surfaces making it manufacturable using rapid prototyping and CNC.

This is a 3D model of an automatic contact crimper designed in AutoCad. During
each phase of development the 3D model was submitted via modem for review and approval.
A prototype was tested by McDonnell Douglas for three months, and fifteen
machines were ordered without a single design change.

After completion of the McDonnell Douglas order, my client decided to add this
high performance machine to their automatic contact crimper product line; it was faster,
more powerful and more reliable than machines several times its size. You can
see it advertised as the state of the art in automatic contact crimpers on the
Internet.

THE 3D ADVANTAGE
3D provides an easy to visualize real life presentation of an engineering
development allowing professionals in related disciplines to contribute their
expertise. Except for simplest designs, conventional layouts and assembly
drawings require extensive study, and even then only the designer and God Almighty
thoroughly understand them.
